Any client who wishes to work with At Home Counseling Services (AHCS) must agree to the following conditions: By filling out and returning my Client Questionnaire, you indicate that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions stated below:

At Home Counseling Services (AHCS) provides brief solution-oriented counseling services via email for issues related to marriage, family, and relationship problems and concerns. Suggestions, possible solutions, interventions, education, resources, and professional references will be provided as necessary to clients using AHCS. Although a positive outcome is very possible, it is not guaranteed.

If you suffer from a serious mental disturbance, suicidal or homicidal thoughts, or other mental/emotional issues that might require intervention by local law enforcement, intensive care, or psychiatric hospitalization, At Home Counseling Services.Com’s E-Counseling is not appropriate for you.

If an emergency or urgent situation arises during our work together, I will require that you make an appointment with a local provider for a complete psychiatric evaluation that would be performed in an office.

At Home Counseling Services E-Counseling Services will provide absolutely NO emergency or on-call crisis support. Individuals needing crisis support should be prepared to use your local community mental health center, crisis center or hospital emergency room.

At Home Counseling Services, (AHCS) will not be held responsible for breaches in provision of services to you that are due to computer malfunctioning, and/or loss of electricity or Internet connection.

This service is only available to those who are at least 18 years of age.
Use of At Home Counseling Services constitutes understanding and acceptance of these provisions.
